Lily May Clothing, a small boutique based in Coggeshall, came to us after being let down by another web designer. They were looking to increase their reach by selling stock online as well as in their retail premises. They also wanted a new Point Of Sale (POS) system in their shop that integrated with the website to ensure inventory was automatically synchronised between the two. Please find more details about the sites features below:
• Stock inventory management in-store and online. The site is linked to a custom POS system (set up and provided by us) that updates stock levels automatically both in the shop and online to avoid selling duplicates. The POS system has every feature you’d expect and works on all tablets & PC’s and integrates with thermal printers. It supports offline transactions in the eventuality that the internet goes down, syncing stock levels when it next connects to the internet. The system also has support for multiple branches and gives each member of staff their own account.
• Abandoned cart recovery with personalised reminder emails & custom discount codes for recovered carts.
• Automatic feedback system with emails and notifications – Customers automatically get emailed with a prompt to review each purchased product along with the experience. This is then automatically added to the product page and sent to the store owner.
• Product wishlists with support for social and link sharing.
• Auto-sync with Facebook product catalogue for dynamic ads & a shop section on their page.
• Google catalogue & local inventory support, meaning products are visible on google shopping and google ads.
• Support for Stripe, PayPal, Klarna (Buy now, pay later) and more.
• Conditional ‘smart’ coupons e.g. free shipping above X amount, free scarf with every coat purchase, discounted first purchase etc.
