Sourdough Street, a new pizza restaurant based in Ipswich, approached us for a website after seeing recommendations for us on Facebook. The site features the ability to order their food for delivery/pickup through a custom platform. This saves costs versus using other takeaway providers and gives more flexibility for promotions and rewards. The site also allows people to reserve tables and syncs with walk in reservations. Orders and bookings are all managed through a custom interface designed specifically for Sourdough Street. The system has been designed to integrate with their pre-existing thermal printer and front of house technology. We also developed a page specifically for their delivery drivers to manage orders and get directions.
Alongside the website design, we ended up providing additional services, including graphic design and photography. Toni, the director of Sourdough Street had a clear vision of how he wanted his logo to look. After being let down by another graphic design agency, he asked if we’d be up to the task of bringing his idea to life. After being so impressed with the service and results, he asked if we could undertake all further design tasks he’d originally planned to have done elsewhere. In the end, we designed business cards, packaging, their takeaway menu, restaurant menu & kids menu as well as wall art for their restaurant. We also provided photography services for use on the website, social media and elsewhere.
Toni was so overjoyed with the outcome of our work, telling us ”I want to say thank you for everything you have done in helping me get started and I will definitely be recommending you”.
